My approach is collaborative, helping clients uncover their strengths and develop strategies to overcome their challenges. I am passionate about empowering clients to achieve their personal and professional goals and improve their overall well-being.

I aim to provide a compassionate, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings and work towards positive change. My therapy sessions are tailored to meet each client’s unique needs, preferences, and goals. I prioritise understanding the client’s perspective and experiences to ensure the client achieves their end goal.

Clients experience: In my sessions, clients are actively involved in the therapy process. They collaborate with me to set goals and choose the methods that resonate with them, fostering a sense of ownership and empowerment. This understanding informs my pluralistic approach, which remains adaptable throughout the counselling process to respond to the client’s evolving needs.
