About Me
Hello, I’m Mari.
I offer a warm and supportive space for adults and young adults who are beginning to notice how early family dynamics, cultural expectations, or past relationships are shaping how they move through the world today.
You might feel stuck in familiar emotional cycles, unsure why certain relationships feel so hard, or carrying a sense of not quite being “enough.” We’ll take the time to slow down, explore what’s happening underneath, and make sense of your experiences without judgement or pressure to have everything figured out.
I do this work because I’ve been on the other side and I know how life-changing it can be to have a space where you’re truly seen.
My Approach
My approach is collaborative and relational, shaped by person-centred and psychodynamic ways of working. That means our sessions aren’t about me “fixing” you, but about us being curious together — noticing patterns, emotions, and experiences as they show up in the room and in your life. At times, this might include checking in with how things feel in your body, especially when it’s difficult to find the right words.
