Hi, my name is Natalie, and I am a qualified Counsellor / Psychotherapist.
I work integratively with Adults, couples and children, allowing us to explore a number of approaches, including Person Centred, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Transactional Analysis.
As a Counsellor, I offer a therapeutic non, non-judgmental attitude and a safe environment where, TOGETHER, we can work on making the life changes you desire.
I have worked in mental health support services for over 15 years, and during those years, I worked in a number of settings such as alcohol and drug rehabilitation, psychiatric wards and the prison service.
I work as a trauma informed therapist for RASASC 3 days a week working with survivors of rape and sexual abuse, but I work with a wide variety of issues such as Abuse, Addiction, Anger management, Anxiety, Bereavement, Confidence, Depression, Family issues, Loss, low self-esteem, OCD, PTSD, Phobias, Relationship issues, Self-esteem, Trauma.
