Welcome to our website & thank you for taking the time to read about the services we provide & the therapists we have working for us. The therapists working within the service all have an excellent reputation and have many qualifications to support the therapy they provide. After initial contact, we will assess which therapist would be best to work with you. Some therapists are more experienced in certain areas, but we aim to provide the best service possible to help you recover or be free from the issue that brought you to therapy.

All our therapists have personal insurance and are registered with a recognised body.

About Me

My name is Samantha Syme Dey (Sam), and I am the Director of the Wirral, Liverpool and Chester Counselling Association. I have worked in the counselling and psychotherapy field for over 15 years. During this time, we have successfully treated clients with all issues, hence our excellent reputation.

Qualifications

I qualified as a counsellor in 2001, having already completed a Psychology degree & a Masters in Addictive Behaviours, Hypnotherapy Diploma & NLP certificate.

I am also a certified Children’s counsellor & a Supervisor to other counsellors.

I work from a goal focused angle & like to look forward positively and spend minimal time in the past unless we feel it’s necessary to. I treat all ages & work with children, adults & couples. I class myself as a highly experienced therapist with an excellent success rate in all areas. I love my job & this will show within our sessions. My aim is to help you reach your goals & achieve the outcome you desire. I am confident you will be happy with the therapy and walk away feeling different to how you felt on initial contact.
